That gap shows up fastest in shared micromobility: a lock that silently drops its connection, a rider with no verifiable ID, an amount that never quite reconciles at month end.
We started by rebuilding the one screen every operator opens first — the control room — around what actually goes wrong: vehicles, locks, riders, and cash. Everything else in the product grew out from there.
